Dum dum de dum

On Saturday our house keeper, Dave, got married. I did find this a little surprising considering that when we arrived in the house last September Dave introduced us to his wife and three children. Seems it was never actually official.

Well, now it is, and Dave is sporting the proud wedding band of a married man.

Hey hazel,

Katie Foster, a former VSO, sent me this link and I was equally as shocked as you at the news that Dave was not married. He's obviously an Englishman at heart. I used to live in the house with Katie and worked at WFP for half of my year in Malawi. I was hoping to send Dave, Fattima and the girls some stuff and some corrspondence as he's possibly the nicest man I have ever met, and i haven't exactly been good at staying in touch since i left.
I was wondering if you could give me an address i could send them to that would ensure a safe arrival.
I hope you're enjoying you're time over there and the warmth of the locals, I had a wicked time.

Anyway, I look forward to your response

hi Mike - heard a lot about you and some legendary party where Dave was the barman. You can send anything for them to me at WFP, Kangombe House, PO Box 30571, Lilongwe 3. I bought Marvis some books when I was in the UK, and some dresses for the other two - they look so sweet!!
Hope all's well with you,
Hazel
